Our goal is to deliver prompt solutions to gas detection users in the field.
Our company specializes in supporting companies that use gas detection in the field and have varying understandings of how detectors work and how to keep them working properly to keep their employees safe.
To do this we manufacture and sell calibration gas standards and service and sell gas detection equipment all over the United States.

The purpose of this role is to keep us producing gas and shipping orders to customers quickly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick, pack and ship orders Valve cylinders Maintain cylinder inventory and organize stock Sort and prioritize orders for production Order source gas mixes Test gas blends after production Apprentice gas blending for backup Serialize cylinders in blending system Label cylinders, regulators, and Calrax Help unload deliveries Communicate with Customer Service and Accounting teams Establish timelines for Customer Service on order inquiries Communicate with source gas vendors Handle high pressure gas cylinders Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience Completion of High School Diploma or GED Time Management Skills Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail is very important as our hazmat documentation must be perfect to ship with UPS.
Our customers are time sensitive and the faster we get orders out the door the better we can serve them as a calibration gas and gas detector supplier.
Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Position requires contact with vendors and other employees.
Necessary Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite (email, calendar, etc), Zoho Creator (gas blending application), UPS Worldship, and Ordoro's order management, product information, and manufacturing systems.
Position requires swift adaptation to new systems as our company grows.
Much of this software will be taught on the job, but the ability to quickly pick up new systems is key.
We're looking for teachable, not someone who already has these skills.
Office Equipment- Desktop computer, copier, scan gun, printer, thermal label printer, cylinder label printers, telephone headset.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as our vacuum pump runs.
