You will be working inside a guard booth at a distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Provide unarmed security services to protect clients, personnel, and property - Ensure the safety and security of the premises - Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergency situations - Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal activities and enforce security policies - Perform access control duties, including verifying identification and conducting searches when necessary - Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies - Familiarity with first aid and CPR procedures - Strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-stress situations Job Type:
